Traces DOCOM settings
The Traces DOCOM settings screen is used to configure authentication details and operational modes for the document management system. Below is a breakdown of the available settings.
Authentication
Username
Your designated username for logging into the DOCOM system, typically in the format user@companydomain.eu.
Password
Your password for the Traces DOCOM platform. The password will be masked with dots (••••••••••••••), ensuring it remains secure.
2FA Method (Two-Factor Authentication)
Choose the method of two-factor authentication to secure your login process:
Password Only: Standard login using only your username and password. This option isn't supported anymore.
Authentication App with Pincode: A more secure method requiring both a password and a pincode generated by the EU authentication app.
Authentication Device Name
If you are using an authentication app, enter the name of your device here to ensure it is recognized by the system during the login process.
Mode
Auto Start
When this setting is enabled, the system will automatically initiate document processing after receiving the latest data, without requiring manual intervention.
Test Mode
Enabling Test Mode allows you to simulate the document processing environment. This is useful for testing configurations or verifying system functionality without impacting live data or workflows.
