Batch List

The Batch List Page provides an overview of all existing batches, allowing you to manage and monitor their status. The list includes key details for each batch and offers tools to search, filter, and create new work items.

Features and Layout

Batches List

The main section of the page displays a list of all batches in the system. Each row represents an individual batch with the following columns:

  • ID: The unique identifier of the batch.

  • Type: The type of batch, such as VLM MAD or Traces DOCOM.

  • Status: The current status of the batch. Batches can have various statuses, such as:

    • Finished: The batch has been successfully processed.

    • Faulted: The batch encountered an error and needs attention.

    • Queued: The batch is in the queue waiting for processing.

You can monitor these statuses to track the progress of each batch and take necessary actions in case of issues.

Date Range

You can filter the batches by specifying a date range. Enter a start and end date to limit the list to batches created or modified within that time frame. After entering the dates, click Search Batch to update the batch list based on your selected range.

You can efficiently search for a batch using any of the following criteria:

  • Document Number: Enter the unique document number associated with the batch.

  • Document Reference: Use the reference number tied to the document for faster retrieval.

  • Customer Reference: Input the customer reference to find the batch linked to a specific client.

Each search option allows for quick and accurate identification of batches, improving workflow efficiency.

Pagination

At the bottom of the batch list, pagination controls allow you to navigate through the list if there are more batches than can be displayed on a single page. You can adjust the number of items displayed per page and move through the batch records using the pagination buttons.

Creating a New Work Item

To manually create a new work item, click the Add button. This will open a popup window where you can choose the type of work item to create. For more information on the types of work items, refer to the Work Item Types section.

Once a new work item is created, it will be added to the appropriate batch for processing and will appear in the Work Item List for further management.

Interacting with the Batch List

  • Clicking on a batch: You can click on any batch in the list to view its detailed contents and associated work items. This action will take you to the Batch Overview Page where you can monitor and manage the individual work items within the selected batch.

  • Status Monitoring: Regularly monitor batch statuses to ensure all processes are completed successfully. If a batch is in a Faulted state, investigate and resolve the issue before proceeding.

By utilizing the features of the Batch List Page, you can efficiently manage and track your document processing across all batches.
