When you log into Docmation, the home screen is minimalistic and straightforward, providing a simple navigation menu to access the core features of the system. The following are the main menu items and their corresponding submenus:
1. Batch
Batch List: View and manage all work item batches created in the system. This list allows you to track the progress and status of each batch, ensuring that all transport documents are efficiently processed.
2. Settings
Document Settings: Configure the default settings for document generation, including login credentials and running modes.
Data Translations: Manage translation rules for data inputs, ensuring that the system correctly interprets various data and translate these to the required formats.
3. Users
New User: Add new users to the system, assign roles, and configure access levels.
Users List: View all registered users, manage their roles, and update permissions as needed.
4. Account
Change Password: Update your account password for enhanced security.
Logout: Securely log out of the system to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
