NVWA (RVDM)

The Dutch Voedsel- en Warenautoriteit (NVWA) runs RVDM (Registratie Vervoer Dierlijke Mest), the registration system for animal manure transport. Docmation submits RVDM records through the NVWA SOAP interface from inside the .NET server; the external API mirrors the same data shape so integrators do not touch SOAP directly.

What lives in an NVWA batch

An NVWA-RVDM batch is a NvwaRvdmBatch whose Content (NvwaRvdmBatchContent, derived from NvwaBatchContent) holds the connection and identification settings used by the NVWA bot to authenticate and submit on the customer's behalf:

  • Credentials — username + password used against the NVWA portal. Stored AES-encrypted in the database.
  • TestMode — when true, the bot targets the NVWA acceptance / test environment instead of production.
  • EstablishmentNumber — the customer's NVWA establishment number.
  • ChamberOfCommerceNr — Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number.
  • BinNr — business identification number used by NVWA.
  • ExportRole — the role the establishment plays in the export (default "XO").

Each child work item is a WorkItem<NvwaRvdmCreate>. The NvwaRvdmCreate content holds the data for a single RVDM declaration:

  • ProductName — the product being transported (defaults to "MEST (VDM)").
  • DestinationCountry, DestinationRegion — destination of the transport.
  • ExportDate — planned export date.
  • SenderChamberOfCommerceNo, SenderDomestic — sender identification.
  • ReceiverChamberOfCommerceNo, ReceiverDomestic — receiver identification.
  • RequestNo — RVDM request number (default "98200").
  • PlannedLoad — planned load volume (decimal).
  • CertificateLanguage — language of the issued certificate (default "ENNL").
  • CertificateType — certificate type (default "VDM (Vervoersbewijs Dierlijke Meststoffen)").

Most descriptive fields are typed as Translation, which carries both the value as sent to NVWA (SendValue) and the value as it appears on the underlying document (DocumentValue). The item also inherits CustomerReference, DocumentReference, and WebhookUrl from the API base work item.

Field names mirror the NVWA RVDM specification.
