MAD batch overview

The batch overview page provides a detailed view of the contents of each batch, along with all associated work items. The top of the page displays the current status of the entire batch, see batch statuses.

The batch can only be started or restarted if its status isn't Finished or Queued by clicking the Start button.

By clicking the edit icon, you can modify the batch settings. For more details on how to adjust these settings, refer to the Settings Page.

Work Item List

The Work Item List shows all the work items that are part of the selected batch. You can use the search function to find specific work items by searching for their Reference or Document Number.

Creating a New Work Item

By clicking on the Plus regularAdd button, you can create a new manual work item. Once clicked, a popup window will appear where you can select the task type you wish to create.

In the popup, the following options are typically available for selection:

Once you have selected the desired work item type, the system will generate a new work item, which will then be displayed in the user interface for further actions or modifications. The newly created work item will appear in the Work Item List, where you can continue managing it, such as monitoring its status or making adjustments as needed.

Interacting with Work Items

Clicking on a work item will open the corresponding work order. If a document has already been created or if it pertains to an existing document, the document reference number will be shown under the Document column. If the document has been downloaded, you can also download it using the download button.

Additionally, the list displays the following information for each work item:

  • ID: The unique identifier of the work item.

  • Reference: The customer reference number associated with the work item.

  • Document: The reference number for the existing or created document.

  • Task: The type of task. see MAD task types.

  • Status: The current status of the work item, see work item statuses.

You can adjust the number of items displayed per page using the pagination controls at the bottom of the page.

Make sure to monitor the status of each batch to ensure that the processing completes successfully, and take necessary actions if any batch shows a Faulted status.
